FULL-GRIP CHUCK JAWS
SECURELY HOLD WORKPIECES
DILLON MANUFACTURING INC., BOOTH 921
Dillon Manufacturing full-grip jaws are available
from 6" to 24" in diameter, with heights of 2",
4" and 6", and metric sizes from 140 to 630 mm

wor k pie c e s, holding the m f ir ml y in plac e to
maintain repetitive accuracy during high-speed
machining operations.
The full-grip jaws are available in 356-T6 cast
aluminum for a lightweight solution said to offer
good corrosion resistance and machinability;
6061 cast iron for a long-lasting solution; or 1018
CR steel for a heat-treatable, easily weldable
solution. These pie jaws reduce distortion and
provide more friction during turning operations,
the company says. With close tolerances and
concentricity easily maintained, they are ideal
for applications such as valves, cylinders, spe-
cialty wheels and gears, housings and enclosures,
adapters and connectors, aluminum and steel
shells, flanges, retainer rings, thin-walled parts,
and more. The jaws are available to mount either
manual or power chucks.
