TICKETING SOFTWARE IMPROVES PLANT EFFICIENCY Vimana's Elevate: Enterprise Edition sof tware now has Operator Panel and Tickets function- a litie s e na bling op e rator s to s ha re insights, communicate and collaborate with their teams. The new ticketing systems enable integrated shopfloor communications from machine oper- ators on downtimes, par ts, tools and issues, easing communication with other team members. The operator can log an issue or request within the ticketing system, and the appropriate team member will receive it and be able to respond or deal with the issue or request quickly. This, in turn, increases operator and machine productiv- ity, efficiency and overall plant capacity, since the system will resolve incidents faster. The tickets feature can also be used to proac- tively address an issue and request a remedy, or to request more material or consumables to keep the machine producing with limited downtime.
