Accounting and analytics functions give users the insight to increase competitive- ness, efficiency and responsiveness. Built in the cloud, the software provides centralized security, visibility, collaboration and flexibility. It is designed as one unified system that includes a manufacturing execution system (MES) based on lean manufacturing for improved quality, compliance and documentation. The software also enables users to control shopfloor execution with end-to-end inventory traceability, closed- loop quality and a real-time production ecosystem. Users gain visibility into their business, operations and performance to more effectively respond to ever-chang- ing markets. Analytics and dashboards that deliver manufacturing intelligence enable informed, data-driven decisions. The software can quickly scale database capacity to match the speed of business growth. | Plex Systems | East, Level 2, Booth 121194 Tools Deburr Uneven, Intersecting, Interior Bore Edges Heule Tool's COFA-X tooling system is designed to remove burrs from uneven interior bore edges with large intersections, such as valves, fittings and hydraulic manifolds. Other applications include cross holes with identical or nearly identical diameters, bores that merge into one another and crossing bores with offset centers. According to the company, the tooling system elim- inates secondary burrs. It reduces costs and improves cycles times for deburring opera- tions usually completed manually. The system is pre-assembled with spring-loaded blade geometry to enable either front or back cutting. It is customized for application-specific projects. It is suitable for bore diameters of 4.0 mm and larger. | Heule Precision Tools West, Level 3 & Annex, Booth 431352
