The controlled, full-flow filtration keeps dirty and clean oil separate. The systems feature an auto- matic backwash cycle that is initiated by the degree of dirt in the filter elements, and a variable drive filter, which activates only when needed. Special pre-coat filters are designed to ensure that fresh, clean oil is available to NAS 7 (3 to 5 microns) standards to enable grinding for long periods of time. The filtration systems are designed to be com- pact, low-maintenance and modular, of fering options for cooling, filtration, sludge collection and sludge recycling.
